I am from Czech Republic and I also have my family apartment at the same building, which we use for urselves. Its because we love this place and especially the surrounding of it. Its close to anything you can need and also to the seaside.

Because its very close to seaside, restaurants, supermarket, even the doctor so you dont need a car here at all in fact. And, seaside is very beautiful here.

Very quiet street with no noise, its very quiet during the day and also the nights, no traffict at the street in front. Very close to seaside.
