This property was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with dishes, towels, etc to accommodate up to 10. My family came to Fayetteville due to an emergency. There were 9 adults and we were very comfortable in the unit. Having a TV in each room was a very nice surprise. The bonus was the large backyard, complete with a wonderful patio setup. The neighborhood was very quiet which allowed my family a comfortable and spacious place to gather and relax. There is a Family Dollar and gas station within walking distance which was also very convenient for us to grab any essentials that were needed. I will definitely keep this listing on my radar for future trips to Fayetteville.

It was close to where other families we were vacationing with. Had a musty smell the entire time. Grass was not mowed until we’d been there a couple of days.

Regarding the musty smell, we would have loved to been made aware of this during your stay and it would have been immediately addressed. Our cleaning team did note a similar concern after your departure and advised they thought you may have had an unauthorized pet at the home that contributed to the smell. Since then we've completed a deep cleaning to ensure that it was fully addressed for future stays. As for the lawn, as previously communicated we sincerely apologize for the delay — that's not the experience we aim to provide, our lawn care provider was involved in a car accident on their way to the property so we had to schedule an alternative which unfortunately was after your check-in date. We typically ensure the property is fully guest-ready before every check-in. We hope you'll give us another chance to show you the true standard of our home! Blessings!"
