Great and fast communication, regardless of time! She was always reachable!!! Location is fairly close to El Tunco (tourist area) and in a gated community and the house also has an additional manual gate.The views from the property are amazing and the house has a large and beautiful pool. Well kept large grounds. The kitchen and appliances are a little dated and an AC unit in the kitchen/dining would be helpful. Window screens would be nice as we had a lot of insects in the bathrooms (windows closed) and included a scorpion in the kitchen. The parking on the slope and no stairs is a challenge for older people as well as young kids. Needless to say, we got our exercise daily going up the parking and main door entrance ramp.

We’re in a lush, garden-surrounded home in tropical El Salvador, so insects are a natural part of the environment here (much like anywhere in the tropics). We provide AC in all bedrooms as clearly listed, and our open-air design with plenty of breezy spaces is one of the main attractions that draws guests seeking that authentic outdoor paradise. The entrance ramp is precisely shown in our photos, and we don’t advertise the property as fully accessible, it’s a charming hillside spot with those incredible views! We’re grateful for your stay and always aim to exceed expectations. Guests from Europe and Other countries give us 5 stars for exactly this tropical vibe. Safe travels!
