Beautiful, spacious 4-bdrm home off the Las Vegas Strip with views of the strat.

Unwind in Las Vegas at this beautiful newly remodeled, house walking distance to the strip, Arts District, and Main Street. This dazzling well maintained home has 4 bedrooms including 1 twin bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 full bed is perfect for families or groups of friends or colleagues. (The third bedroom and fourth bedroom are connected by a sliding glass door with drapes on each side.) Enjoy the large patio with a barbecue and seating for four with additional seating in the yard. The yard is completely fenced, so your dog and kids can be safe. This home is fully stocked with everything you need to make a meal. Kickback and enjoy time together with plenty of seating to watch movies and many games to play together. There’s even a Packman/ Space Invaders video game in bedroom 1.

This is an un up and coming, happening area with many micro-breweries, cute bars, and pubs, The Arts District, and many casinos all in walking distance.

What makes this property unique

you can enjoy the backyard and watch people jump off the stratosphere tower and even hear their screams. The distance to all the action is noncomparable to most properties.
