Big 2,200 Sqf (~210 Sqm) 4 bedrooms house 1 minute from Strat & Sahara Casino and Las Vegas Convention Center. Close to everything Good public transport. Huge Parking on the lot, even a 40' RV will fit. Everything is included.

We are located at the north end of the strip, everything is nearby, Monorail access at the Sahara hotel, public transportation, Uber, Lyft and Taxis are available .
Pets friendly! We do charge fees!

We have plenty of parking for your cars on the lot (off the street)
Big back yard to have a nice BBQ.

Exhibitor can ship advance their boxes / booths to our 5000 Sqf warehouse for Free, it's only 2 miles away from the house.

Broken window locks- just fixed by 2by4s House rented with 4BR only usable as 3 BR and the business license is for 3 BR - refund requested as we needed another room - no answer….

Family weekend

Upon arrival, entry to house was the side gate. Did not expect two broken down cars and a covered motorcycle off to the inside side of the house’s driveway so that confused us a little. Gates around the home were broken so our dogs could’ve easily gotten out so we kept them inside most of the time and used broken gates to try to block the entries. Overall, home inside was clean tidy and good for a weekend.
