The Space:

Mornings here belong to the pool. Evenings belong to the game room. And in between, Orlando's most iconic parks are just a short drive away. This five-bedroom Davenport home gives families and groups the breathing room to do it all - or nothing at all - on their own schedule.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Up to 11 guests spread across 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, with every room equipped with its own TV so everyone can wind down in their own way. Whether you're traveling with little ones or a multi-generational group, the layout offers both open shared spaces and private retreats for when you need a moment to yourself.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and baking sheet among the essentials. Pots, pans, dishes, and silverware are all provided, and the dining table brings everyone together whether it's a quick breakfast before the parks or a full dinner in.

 

Game room & family features

The Marvel-themed game room is a highlight in its own right - pool table, game console, board games, and a setup that keeps everyone entertained long after the parks close. Families with younger children will find the home well-prepared: crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's books and toys, and children's dinnerware are all on hand.

 

Outdoor living

The screened patio opens onto a private pool and hot tub, with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill rounding out the space. Pool and spa heating is available for $25 per night (please request in advance if you'd like it added to your stay). The pool heats up to 91°F for a comfortable swim, while the attached spa can reach up to 102°F in spa mode. Please note the spa only heats when pool heating is added, and in colder weather, it may take longer to reach maximum temperature.

 

Resort access

Beyond the home's own backyard, guests have access to nearby resort facilities - including a lazy river, gym, and cafe - adding an extra layer of variety to your days without any additional travel.

 

Comfort & convenience

Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan, and portable fans keep the home comfortable year-round. A washer and dryer, iron, clothing storage, safe, and room-darkening shades cover the practical side of a longer stay. Bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hair dryer are all provided. A private entrance and self check-in via smart lock make arrival seamless.

Pool and spa heating is available for $25 per night (please request in advance if you’d like it added to your stay). The pool heats up to 91°F, which takes the chill out of the water but is best described as a comfortable, lukewarm temperature rather than hot. The attached spa is not a standalone jacuzzi; it only heats when pool heating is added and can reach up to 102°F in spa mode, at which time the pool will pause heating. Please note that in colder weather the water may take longer to heat and may not always reach the maximum temperature.
