Our family’s four bedroom, two bath villa is set in an extremely quiet location in the highly sought after Bridgewater Crossing neighborhood in Davenport, Florida with a south facing pool overlooking a tranquil lake. The villa is very private and is not overlooked by other homes. Our Florida home is tastefully furnished and the living area is tiled throughout. The villa has a master bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in closet with safe, en-suite bathroom, large 43” smart TV, bedside cabinets and dresser, with alarmed patio doors leading to the pool deck. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed, 37” TV with ROKU smart TV box, bedside cabinets, and dresser. The third and fourth bedrooms are each furnished with two twin beds, 32” smart TVs, bedside cabinets, and dressers. There is also a family bathroom. In the Living area we have 3 leather couches, large 55” Smart TV, DVD player, plus tons of books and games at your disposal. The house also has WIFI.

Rather than a game room in the garage (as it is usually too hot to enjoy) we have provided a ton of items to actually use during your vacation. There are bikes, golf clubs (right and left handed), cornhole boards, washers (game), Kan Jam, baseball gloves and balls in the garage and a few other outdoor games with a huge backyard to play in.

The kitchen has seating for 8 around a large dining table, with access to the pool area through an alarmed sliding glass door. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you shall need for your vacation. From bowls, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, knives, coffee pots, crock pot, lobster pot, blender, propane grill, you name it, it’s there. As a matter of fact, if there’s something you come across that we don’t have let me know and I will order it so it’s there for the next guest to use. We value our home on convenience. We want our guests to enjoy themselves and relax. Let us do the work.

Let’s face it most time spent at the house is spent out back in the pool area. We have a beautiful pool area with probably the best views in the neighborhood as our property overlooks both conservation areas and a lake. Fully functional hot tub, to relax and enjoy a cocktail. There are no neighbors behind us so this is not one of those properties where your pool overlooks the neighbors pool. You have complete sanctuary here. Most of the year the pool is very warm as it is south facing (very important in Florida), however, we do offer pool and hot tub heat for an additional charge of $23/night or $160/week. All you have to do is ask.

Bridgewater Crossing is situated 12 minutes from Disney World, 4 minutes from local shopping and 4 minutes from Interstate 4. Everything you need is minutes away in Championsgate where you can find the grocery store (Publix), restaurants (Miller’s Ale House, Chili’s, Red Robin, Panera Bread, Tijuana Flats, McDonald’s) bars (4Corners Tavern), plus Walgreen’s, Dunkin, gas stations and more. The location is so close to all this great stuff but tucked away in such a quiet serene dead end street in a tranquil setting to enjoy your vacation.
