Amazing River/Pond/Ravine Views close to St. Catharines General Hospital and only 15 minutes from Niagara Falls. Relax and watch the birds, the wildlife and the beautiful views from our Riverview Cottage. Do not hesitate to stay at our luxurious furnished short term rental option in St. Catharines (Niagara Falls area).

The Space:
Delightful semi-detached house with spectacular views of Twelve Mile Creek (River) and access to Merritt Trail (11-kilometre trail) for jogging/running/hiking. We are only minutes away from St. Catharines General Hospital and approximately 15 minutes from Niagara Falls. Our space accommodates business travelers as we provide reliable unlimited WiFi coverage and a height adjustable desk/work station with ravine and river views. Our guests can charge their electric car with our FLO Home X5 Level 2 EV charger.

We provide a 3-burner propane gas grill BBQ on our deck as well as a George Foreman electric indoor/outdoor grill.

In our walk-out basement you can find a games room including a professional pool table as well as a dartboard set and a vintage game console.

Please note, for your protection and safety we have total of three (3) outdoor security cameras installed around the property (outside only). During times when our guests are checked-in we have hired a third party security company to monitor the cameras for suspicious activities in order to protect our guests.

Guest access:
Our guests will have access to the entire house. Parking is available for at least two (2) vehicles. Depending on the size of the vehicles our driveway may be able to accommodate one (1) additional vehicle.

The house was very nice, spacious and comfortable. Great beds! Nice kitchen area and lots of natural light. We could not see the river at all, but the trees, birds, and squirrels were lovely to look at. The house is on a busy road, but the double paned windows kept out some of the noise. The game area downstairs was great if you needed to stay in, but we spent our time outdoors at Niagra Falls. It was a 20 minute drive to get there, which was nice because it kept us away from all of the crowds and expensive shops. Check-in was super easy and we always recieved quick responses from the owner. Thank you for opening your house to us! We had a great time!

We are only a 15 minute drive from Niagara Falls and only minutes away from several wineries and vineyards, i.e. Hernder Estate Wines, as well as Lake Ontario (Sunset Beach) and beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake.
