With 2 bathrooms, including a relaxing bathtub, everyone can freshen up in comfort. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, heating, and WiFi during your stay. There is a bonus room - ski shed disconnected from main house with Queen bed and small bathroom with toilet and sink. Close proximity to Bear Valley, many beautiful lakes/ Rivers/ hikes/ mountain bike trails. Very Quiet and peaceful.

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please gather used bedding and towels and pile on floor next to washing machine. Start load of towels if possible
Make sure to turn off any heaters/ oven/ stove. Close windows and lock doors.
Trash must be removed from property and taken with you upon check out. Very important not to leave trash. Will result in a $75 fee if left at property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a great property if you want to be closer to Bear Valley and the lakes, than being closer to Arnold. The property is clean, easy to drive to, and for our fishing trip, very convenient to access Spicer and Lake Alpine. The home is cozy so if you’re a larger group, you may find the living room a bit cramped. The bedrooms are nice, and the upstairs master bedroom is vey spacious, There isn’t a TV but the WiFi is good so you can always just use your devices, or skip it altogether. Also, there isn’t a microwave, so plan accordingly. The host was great to work with. Overall I’d would stay here again.
