Welcome to 14‑502 Corona del Sol, your comfortable coastal getaway in the Las Conchas area of Puerto Peñasco. Las Conchas translates to “The Seashells,” and the name fits perfectly — the beaches here are known for the many beautiful shells you can collect during your stay.

This inviting 2‑bedroom, 2‑bath condo sleeps up to 8 guests and feels just like home — only better. With 1200 square feet, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of cozy touches, it’s the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun.

The condo complex features a 24‑hour gate guard for added peace of mind, and the unit offers a unique coded front‑door lock for simple, secure check‑in. You’re just two blocks from the beach, where the tide can shift dramatically — sometimes up to 20 feet. During low tide, the ocean pulls back to reveal incredible tide pools filled with sea life like crabs, small fish, anemones, and sea urchins, making it a favorite spot for exploring.

Back at the condo community, enjoy two pools, a hot tub, mini golf, sand volleyball, BBQ and picnic areas, a gym, and a glowing firepit for evening gatherings. There’s also an on‑site mini store with snacks, drinks, and ice.

Inside, the master bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bunks, and the queen Murphy bed in the living room adds flexible sleeping space for larger groups.

My grandmother was tragically killed in August 2024. Her story was reported around the world. An 80-year-old dog walker who was carjacked and killed in a prominent Seattle neighborhood..... my family is still dealing with her loss and seeking justice. We needed a place to escape and find peace.

My brother-in-law introduced us to Puerto Penasco, and I fell in love. This place is truly unique and heals my soul. I wanted to share that feeling with others, so I ventured out of my comfort zone and am offering my Slice of Paradise to others.

Why they chose this property

The Las Conchas area just felt right to me. It's more peaceful than "downtown" Rocky Point, but an easy drive to just about anywhere. I liked that slower pace I felt there, and the seashells are AMAZING! That's actually what Las Conchas means..... The Seashells!
