My family and I had a nice, relaxing stay. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the backyard and propane BBQ.The location was convenient, about a five-minute walk to the beach, with stores and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. We enjoyed the pool table, although walls and a railing are close on three sides, requiring the shorter cues for some shots. The TV in that area didn't work, but the downstairs TV did.The biggest negative was the heat. There is no A/C, and the thermostat's cool setting did not work. To be fair, we were there during unusually hot weather, but the upstairs bedroom stayed very hot even at night. There are two fans, but we didn't find both until later in our stay.Signs above the toilets warn of sensitive plumbing and a minimum 5,000 repair fee for blockages caused by improper disposal. There was stagnant-looking water near the route to the beach with quite a few mosquitoes, though they weren't a problem at the house.Management was nice and responsive. We found a stained towel and sent a picture so there wouldn't be any misunderstanding. They responded right away, which I appreciated.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would have enjoyed it even more in cooler weather.
