This was one of the best VRBO's we've stayed at in MKE. We will def be renting here often! Def more for 2 people vs 3 unless the 3rd person is smaller and can do a smaller couch. My son is 6'2 and wouldn't have worked for him so he stayed at our daughters. Can't beat the location! Walls are pretty thin as we could hear people plain as day in and out of the neighboring units but was during regular hours so not a problem for us. Bed wasn't great...but for one night it was fine. Well appointed, very clean, newly updated and felt very modern with that cool window!

You have been warned! Simply put the studio (1 room) apt wasn’t cleaned before my stay. From multiple black hairs completely covering the floors, shower and bathroom, dirty toilet, janky/raggedy bath towels, filthy picture hanging about the bed, glass ring marks on bathroom vanity and kitchen sink backsplash covered in red stains, this place was an absolute disaster. This isn’t on the cleaning service it’s on mgmt company trying to get by without cleaning this space before renting out. The mgmt service came out and did a once over 6 hours after checking in. Then the following day came back with clean towels since we found stains on two wash cloths. The towels them selves looked 10 years old, and had never been bleached. And not to mention the only wall/window as beautiful as it looks in the listing picture is covered with a film of muck/dirt and you can barely see out of it. Only giving this 1 star because zero stars isn’t an option and I want to make sure no one reading this just thought I forgot to give any stars. Not sure is I’m able to share pictures but happy to if given the opportunity.Also I gave the mgmt rep 3 chances to refund my stay on day 1, part ways, not give a review and stay across the street at a hotel. There answer was no. You have been warned.
