The host left us out in the cold! Three days before our stay was supposed to start, I had not received check in information so I sent a message to the host. They did not respond, so I sent three more messages, all with no response. At the airport on the day we were arriving, I contacted VRBO customer service and they were able to connect with the host who sent a message apologizing that the rental was already booked. We had to find a hotel that day - during the Christmas holidays. No amount of apologizing makes up for this inconvenience. Very poor management and I will never try to stay at this rental again.
