Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms with modern fixtures (walk-in shower + shower/tub combo, both with bidet seats)
Living Spaces: well equipped Kitchen, high speed WiFi, Frame TV, washer/dryer, and thoughtful extras like a hair dryer and board games. There is also a cornhole game with led lights outdoors, firewood by the fire pit and the umbrella on the deck has solar lights.

In Season (May 1st through October 31st) Private dock with kayaks and canoes for guest use

Please empty the kitchen trash and place the bags in the outdoor trash bin in the breezeway between the garage and the house.

This property is beautiful and Sportsman's Pond is amazing - perfect for fishing, swimming, canoeing and kayaking - activities we love! The kids are now adults so we have less opportunity to take advantage of this outdoor paradise, so we decided to make it available as a vacation rental.
