This air conditioned home offers 4 ensuite bedrooms with a mix of 1 king, 4 queens, a twin bed, and a pull out queen sofa on the 3rd floor, (crib can also be provided), perfect for families or groups of friends.sleeping 13 people Max. With 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms featuring luxurious amenities like 2 jetted bathtubs, as well as an outdoor enclosed shower, you'll feel pampered during your stay. 2 Decks both with patio tables and outdoor living room furniture as well as lounge chairs provide ample space for outdoor entertaining or relaxing with a good book. At the end of a beach day, enjoy a cocktail in the four high adirondack chairs on the widow's walk which provide spectacular sunset views over Nantucket sound and Lewis Bay. All Guests must abide by all rules and regulations of Great Island Association. Please note that the 46’ invincible boat on the dock is not for guests use and may not be tampered with .

Why they chose this property
Great Island is a private gated peninsula in West Yarmouth with Sweetheart Creek on one side leading out to Lewis Bay and Nantucket Sound on the other bordered by a spectacular soft sand beach. West Yarmouth is centrally located on Cape Cod to be able to access downtown Hyannis in 0-5 minutes with its many shops and restaurants as well as the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket for day trips.
