Your Home Away From Home in Point Pleasant Beach

Get ready to experience Point Pleasant Beach like a true local in our beloved four-bedroom house! This isn't just a rental to us; it's where we live, and we're so excited to share our home with you and all the new upgrades with our renovation. Its all here for you to treat like your own happy place! While we won't be on the premises during your stay, we want you to feel completely at ease and enjoy every comfort.

This property features a brand new open concept kitchen and dining area with all new appliances, quartz countertops, a kitchen island, a wet bar and seating for everyone in the dining room. For sleeping we provide a King bed in the ensuite BR, Queen beds in the other 2nd Floor bedrooms and a Double Bed in 1st floor bedroom, providing ample space for your group getaway. We also have a crib available upon request! Please note that our 5th bedroom upstairs (not pictured), which includes an attached private balcony (pictured facing pool), will be locked off during your stay as this is our personal space in 2025.

You'll find all the amenities needed to relax and unwind, including a relaxing in-ground swimming pool with built in benches, reliable WiFi, comfortable AC, and a convenient 2nd floor Laundry Room with full size washer and dryer. We provide beach towels to use poolside or for a day at the beach. We also supply up to 8 Beach Badges that give you beach access at 16 locations along the Boardwalk stretching from the Inlet all the way south to NJ Avenue.

A note about pets...although we don't allow guests' pets, our loving Golden Retriever, Bailey, lives here during the off-season. She won't be here for your stay and the house is professionally cleaned for all guests, but we'd like to make those with serious allergies aware.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely No Diving or Jumping in Pool. Shallow water with benches and steps. No Horseplay. No Glass around or in Pool. Please see posted signs.
No parties or large gatherings
Must follow town ordinances regarding noise.
