Your Home Away From Home in Point Pleasant Beach

Get ready to experience Point Pleasant Beach like a true local in our beloved four-bedroom house! This isn't just a rental to us; it's where we live, and we're so excited to share our home with you and all the new upgrades with our renovation. Its all here for you to treat like your own happy place! While we won't be on the premises during your stay, we want you to feel completely at ease and enjoy every comfort.

This property features a brand new open concept kitchen and dining area with all new appliances, quartz countertops, a kitchen island, a wet bar and seating for everyone in the dining room and around the center island. Off street parking for 2 cars plus additional free, on street parking in front.

For sleeping we provide a King bed in the ensuite BR, Queen beds in the other 2nd Floor bedrooms and a Double Bed in 1st floor bedroom, providing ample space for your group getaway. We also have a crib available upon request! Please note that our 5th bedroom upstairs (not pictured), which includes an attached private balcony (pictured facing pool), will be locked off during your stay as this is our personal space in 2025.

You'll find all the amenities needed to relax and unwind, including all linens and towels for bedrooms and bathrooms, a relaxing, heated* in-ground swimming pool with built in benches, a Tiki Bar, reliable WiFi, Weber 3 burner grill (propane included) comfortable AC, and a convenient 2nd floor Laundry Room with full size washer and dryer.

We provide beach towels to use poolside or for a day at the beach. Rental includes up to 8 Beach Badges that give you beach access at 16 locations along the Boardwalk stretching from the Inlet all the way south to NJ Avenue. 10 minute walk to Broadway inlet beach. 14 minute walk to Jenks.
Local bike rental delivery service also available.

Comfortable front porch with Adirondack chairs for early morning coffee. Back deck has another comfortable seating area for gathering as well.

The patio by the pool has 4 sun lounger chairs, a table & chairs and a picnic table.

*Pool heated to 80 degrees. Higher temperature settings available at reasonable rates to cover increased gas bill.

Absolutely No Diving or Jumping in Pool. Shallow water with benches. No Horseplay. No Glass around Pool. Adult Supervision. See posted signs.
No parties or large gatherings
Must Complete and sign Rental Agreement - Must follow town ordinances.
