House Rules:
Tenant must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period
No parties, excessive noise, or illegal activity
No smoking allowed inside
No trailers or RVs allowed on the property

Pet Policy:
Well-behaved pets allowed
Please bring your own blanket/sheet to cover furniture if pets use sofa or bed
Excessive pet hair or damage will result in additional cleaning charges
If you cannot clean hair, please leave $20 extra for our cleaner (required)

Departure Instructions:
Pick up all trash and place it in the dumpster by the parking lot
Remove all used bedding and towels (start washing towels on HOT/COTTON cycle)
Do NOT overload the laundry machine
NEVER place sandy or soaked items in washer/dryer
Clean lint filter after drying
Tidy up the backyard, put furniture and umbrella back as shown in the photo
Clean BBQ, dock, and pool area after use
Remove all personal items from common spaces
