Located in a quiet residential area, just 15-20 mins from South Beach, Wynwood, Brickell & more. Property is also 5 minutes away from the Waterford Business District. No smoking inside or parties. Ideal for any types of guests!
The space
Guests will enjoy their own private guesthouse with a front entrance, offering privacy and comfort for up to 5 people. The space includes:
-A queen bed, twin bed, and sofa bed in a single open-plan room
-A private full bathroom with a shower
-A fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, iron for clothe, hairdryer, and the essentials.
-2 smart TVs and central A/C for added comfort
- Dining bar style table inside and 2 chairs outside on the driveway with another table.
Please note: There is no kitchen, stove, or cooktop, and no equipment for cooking.
However, you are welcome to use the microwave to reheat any food you like. This space is best suited for guests who plan to eat out or order food during their stay.
Guests also have access to 3 private parking spots in the driveway. The unit is completely independent and not shared with anyone else.
The driveway is shared, but you the guest have uninterrupted parking spaces.

Guests will have full and private access to the guesthouse. You will enter through your own front door using a keypad for self check-in.
Inside, the entire space is exclusively yours — including the beds, bathroom, and all amenities listed.
You will also have access to three private parking spots located in the shared driveway.
While the driveway is shared with the main house, your parking area is clearly marked and won't be blocked during your stay.
There are no shared spaces inside the unit — everything is private
