We really enjoyed our stay here and would book it again. The check in process was simple and once we received the parking pass and door fob, getting in out out was great. The unit does not have much in the way of amenities for cooking. There are pots and pans and some utensils, but that's it. You would have to bring in anything else you need to cook. If you don't plan on cooking then no issues.

The property was nice, but the check-in was difficult. I am a senior traveling and received a message while on the road that I had to sign up online with an app that I was uncomfortable with and not able to correctly use. It was very frustrating. I told the property company that I did not want to put information on this app and didn't really know how to use it, but they would not send me check-in until I was able to do it. It took several hours and much frustration. If they wanted this information they should have sent it to me months ago so that I could receive some help while at my home.

Check in was easy ( a bit tricky finding the front door). Nice place, early 1900's charm. The views are incredible, easy access to downtown and the freeway. Responsive staff.
