We enjoyed our stay and the host was very prompt in getting back to us. The back yard and grill area was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was only a 5 minute walk. We would highly recommend this property.

Our hosts were very responsive, generous and especially accommodating. Hospitality at its finest. The property is as it’s advertised. Pictures and proximity to beach access were accurate. The house is very nice with plenty of updates. However, the backyard and additional beach going supplies is what helps this house shine. I can’t go on enough about the outdoor shower for rinsing off sand, the outside kitchen with refrigerator, gas grill and sink. The covered outdoor dining area, lounge seating on the deck and gathering area with fire pit. You can pack a little lighter compliments of the included buggy, beach chairs, umbrella and even some beach toys. Ok, you’re probably tired of reading a positive review now, so I’ll wrap up. Wish we could have stayed longer, but reality called us back to work. Hope to do it again soon.

We chose this neighborhood because it's on the quieter end but still has plenty of restaurants, amenities, a little nightlife if desired, and close to the marina and Publix.

What makes this property unique

The back deck with kitchenette! Fantastic outdoor shower and fully stocked beach gear. Kitchen stocked like you're at home. The kids love the little dedicated play area in the living room!
