We truly enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. The duplex was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. Adorable home

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! We stayed for 4 nights with our two pups and even though there was hole in the fence, they spent more time indoors or out with us. The owner was very accommodating, and very communicative! They provided everything we needed for our short stay and there was plenty of room for everyone, we even had a family of 5 come for dinner and we fit comfortably. Would highly recommend to our friends and family!

The property was very clean and just like pictures and description. The refrigerator broke the second day we were there which ruined all of our food. We weren’t able to utilize the refrigerator or freezer during our stay and had to eat out for every meal during our entire trip. The host offered to reimburse us for a cooler to store our groceries but the food had already ruined at that point. I provided a very generous amount for him to reimburse our food cost (about 1/4 of what we actually paid for groceries and dining out) and he declined. I would ensure if renting this property that you periodically make sure the appliances work. Or plan to eat out for every meal. I would not recommend nor rent here again.

Why they chose this property

By not staying in a busy area surrounded by 10s of 1000s of other visitors you can coast your time here! Where you will be located you won’t be fighting traffic or long elevator rides and a 5min drive only 1miles from the beach, 5min walk to Publix or Windixie. Close to Panama City Beach Sports Complex, Great sea food restaurants and shopping. St. Andrew State Park is just down the road where you can find kayak rentals, boat rentals, and a shuttle to Shell island where the locals like to hang out. Bring your boat or jet ski to drop in the public doc. Large driveway for parking.
Go swimming, fishing, and sunbathing on the white sand beach at St. Andrews State Park to the south, and indulge your inner child at Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Gulf World, Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf, or Shipwreck Island Waterpark - all of which are within a short drive. You'll also be less than 12 miles from the beloved shops and restaurants of Pier Park.

The neighborhood is cute and "homey"--lots of people doing yard work and walking dogs--very friendly! It is just a block away from the "main road" walking paths. Drive to the beach (5 min or so to public access, or the 8 min drive to the state park beach). Morning walks are gorgeous--walking over the bridge from "upper lagoon" to "lower lagoon" is breathtaking for the sunrise and for the dolphins playing! (Set your alarm for the sunrise walk--you won't regret it!) If you don't need to be right on the beach, this is a great option to be super close to everything without the congestion of being "downtown PCB"--close to restaurants, stores, marinas, touristy things, etc.
