We had a great time at this property. Not only was the unit nice and clean and offered everything we needed, but the entire property was very nice. Clean and I felt safe with my children. It was also a quick walk to allegiant Stadium for those visiting for events. Would definitely stay here again.

The people were wonderful. They all spoke of what a pleasure it was to work there, and this showed in their work. The pool was beautiful. We were initially given an older two-bedroom apartment. The AC did not work. The toilet did not flush, even after an attempt to repair. The ground fault circuit stopped working in the bathroom and had to be fixed. The dishwasher did not work properly. The balcony looked over a parking lot and construction. It was dusty, smelly, and dirty. The description in VRBO said that the unit may vary "slightly". The apartment we were expecting was a newer one-bedroom, with one good-sized bathroom, railings in the shower, a counter by the sink, and a balcony advertised to overlook "a garden, or patio, or walkway.” When we complained about the shortcomings, they attempted to fix the AC but were unable to fix the other things. The AC quit again and never cooled the rooms. We then asked to speak to the manager, who arranged for a very nice condo three days after our arrival. We had already lost a good portion of our vacation whenever someone came to fix something, and when we had to move all of our things. We had reserved through "Elite Share" who is listed as a "Premier Host." We were then transferred to rentmycondo.com. He just referred us back to the resort
