The location is hard to beat. This spacious home is located right in downtown Garden City, just a short walk from local restaurants, shops, and the beautiful Bear Lake. This home is designed for fun and relaxation with plenty of space to spread out. Whether you're here for adventure or tranquility, this home is your ideal base for unforgettable memories!

This home is thoughtfully laid out across two levels, offering comfort and space for guests to unwind and reconnect. Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area that comfortably seats 12, a living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

The first floor features a living room, a game room/movie room, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a convenient laundry room.

Please note that parking is limited to standard-sized vehicles only. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate trailers, RVs, or boats due to space limitations.

While the property does not include a backyard, guests can relax on the balcony or patio, which offer comfortable outdoor seating and beautiful views of Bear Lake.
