Our villa, as visible in the photos, has a one of a kind structure and interior. The design of the villa makes best use of light and wind, following an optimal flow concept. There is a great extent of greenery around the villa providing the perfect surrounding for relaxation and peacefulness during your stay. With 4 extremely luxury and comfortable bedrooms, this is ideal for anyone looking for a stay with exquisite comfort.
The location of our villa is unique as it is only,
- 15 minutes away from the Capital City of Colombo
- 10 minutes away from the Southern Highway (E01)
- 10 minutes away from the Colombo-Katunayaka Expressway (E03) / Airport
The indoors of the villa is very spacious to move around. There are a variety of indoor plants that as proven reduces stress, eases tension and is a help to deter illnesses. This creates a more relaxed and happy ambience through our villa
The villa is surrounded by a garden filled with greenery. Simply a walk around the villa with some breezy winds blowing in your way would provide great relaxation and peacefulness. There is also a pond with fish, adjoining a small grass filled area where you could make use of to hold a BBQ.
The villa comprises of a fully equipped kitchen to create a simple dinner, to bake a cake or even to the extent of cooking a complex Master Chef styled dish

The Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya which is a great heritage to Sri Lanka is only a 5 minute walk from the villa. Behind the temple flows the Kelaniya River. There is a bund along the river that could be used for walking or cycling. Your experience is our number one priority, and we would be more than happy to show you all this around and provide you with the most unique experience with us!

This location is next to a stagnated open drainage, full of mosquitoes even with aircon.there is a very bad sting. The place is not suitable for holiday stay, unclean full of cockroaches, ants and geckos.Toilets are not in good condition, the master bedroom one is in very poor state with drainage issues.Very old property not maintained well. The fridge is very old and compartments are broken.Kitchen utensils are not appropriate. The cooker was changed after issues faced.WIFi is pretty bad and most of the times the was interruption to the power supply,The owner’s mother lives downstairs.The property was only cleaned once during our 15 days stay.I would not recommend this property to anyone.
