The Heron's Walk Community in Perdido Key, FL is just a short walk to the beautiful Johnson Beach National Seashore, as well as, multiple hiking trails and historic landmarks. Kayaking, picnicking, and swimming are all available at the Johnson's Beach National Seashore. Planning to bike the area? Perdido Bike Rentals makes it effortless by delivering bikes straight to your door—just hop on and enjoy the scenic ride to the beach or explore the laid-back charm of the island. If you'd like to explore the greater Pensacola area just adventure North from the neighborhood! Some activities in the area include Snorkeling on the emerald-water reefs (only 500ft from the shore!), Fishing on the nearby Charter Boats, exploring the dog beaches, watching the Blue Angels air show, and walking and biking sandy beach trails!

Policies:
1. Check-in is 4pm | Check-out is 10am
2. No Smoking in home or on balcony
3. Pool Rules are posted and must be followed! Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. NO GLASS ALLOWED. NO TOWELS hanging from Balconies.
4. Two Dogs up to 40lbs welcome, $250 non-refundable fee per dog; pre-registration is required.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
