Welcome to my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo with a free parking spot located where the entertainment district, waterfront, and financial district merge. My place is steps away from the city's most popular attractions and features a balcony. My condo comes with free parking and features a two-sided view overlooking the city. The kitchen is equipped and the balcony is spacious.

Must be twenty years old or older to book.

Cozy, spacious, and inviting, you’ll feel perfectly at home in this luxury suite which offers a panoramic view of the city. Perfect for the solo traveler, couples, groups, families, and those in town for business.

The bedrooms include a queen bed. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.

I have full sets of sheets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that! A washer and a dryer is ensuite for guests to use.

High-speed Wi-Fi is included in the unit.

Whole foods style grocery store, LCBO, Union Station, Waterfront, and many restaurants less than 2 min walk.

* Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you forms to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date.
* For shorter than 28 days stays - Upon arrival, you will need to have your ID and confirmation number ready to register at the self-service check-in terminal located in the building lobby.

*The building amenities are available for monthly rentals only. The gym & fitness area, indoor pool, and sauna are all on the mezzanine level.

*Additional parking (beyond the free spot) is available in secure underground parking with 24/7 parking across the street at 15 York for 20 to 30 dollars a day.
