Cozy two bedroom North Peak building 3 condo

This condo is located in Building three at North Peak. Some of the best trail access offered right from this building. Fully equipped kitchen with an upgraded island area and a dining area. Very cozy Living room offers a gas fireplace. Sitting by the fireplace is the perfect spot to be after a long day on the slopes. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The other bedroom has 3 twin beds. Full bath. There is a ski locker for renters use. Also coin operated washers and dryers in the building. North Peak also offer an outdoor heated pool. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Host very welcoming. One issue arose in that the heat in the living room was not working. This led to the power going out in the unit and an electrician coming the next morning to resolve.
