This studio apartment is nice, comfy, and just the right amount of space you need for your next trip to Bangor! Gary and his wife are accommodating, and easy to communicate with. The apartment is clean, well furnished, and a great place to stay!!

My daughter and I had a great stay. The room was a perfect find and fit for our needs. Gary met us immediately in the drive and since I’m newer to this process he was very helpful to get us checked in. Since both my children are going to school in the area, I truly hope to stay there again.

The hosts were very nice and let us know to reach out with any issues, check in was super easy which we loved. Location was quiet. It was small but cute and worked for 1-2 people. We weren’t sure how to turn the AC on but the over head fan worked well. The only thing that would have made it great was it was slightly dirty, there were a few hairs in the shower and some dirt in the bathroom, but the kitchen/bed area appeared clean.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The area is quiet and welcoming. The listing is accurate. The main concern that was encountered was the noise of bed every time you would turn during the sleep or sit on the bed.The owner was nice to let us know about the forgotten jacket after checking out.

It was a beautiful studio apt. It appeared to be quite new or very well maintained. Only non issues was someone was parked in our space so we parked on street and when I called because the door would not lock my call was never returned. However, I would absolutely rent this sweet studio apt again when going to a concert. Thank you for a lovely stay. FYI the tray on the bed with the magazines and plant were a very thoughtful touch as was the coffee cart and snack basket!!

The host, Gary is very friendly. The place was awkwardly laid out. Not able to watch TV from bed or eating area. The towels looked pretty but when I used after showing I had the fuzzy lint all over me. Leaving me to think they were newly purchased but not washed yet. Parking was tricky to get into and out. We appreciated the snacks and water Gary provided.

So sorry that you did not give us a better rating.We designed the space the best we could and have had high reviews for the well laid out space.The towels were new and freshly washed.The instructions when leaving were to strip the bed and empty the trash cans.None of this was done.
