The Space:
This well designed suite can comfortably host up to 6, however should privacy be desired it is best suited for 4 people with the two bedrooms in the suite.
• King and Queen sized beds with Endy mattresses for Guest comfort.
• Additional pillows
• Ample clothing storage during your stay.
• Comfortable sofa bed for 6 occupancy for larger groups.
• Fully outfitted bathroom, including tub for relaxing and unwinding.
• Spa like amenities in the bathroom
• Full make up station c/w vanity lights, mirror and stool for comfort as you prepare for your night on the town!
• Fully equipped Kitchen with all cookware, bakeware and utensils so you can create full meals during your stay.
• Well equipped coffee station with multiple dispensing systems (single cup or pot)
• Bean grinder and French press in suite.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire basement unit via their own private entryway on the side of the home. Guests have 100% unimpeded access to the unit, including 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, designer kitchen, bathroom, living room (with Sofa Bed), and side entrance seating area.
Other Things to Note:
Please also note that you will be contacted by our third-party I.D. verification service ("Truvi"), where you will need to choose either a damage deposit or a damage waiver option (subject to a fee collected by the third-party provider). All reservations are subject to this verification process being successful.
We reserve the right to decline any Guest who has not completed this 3rd party registration.
Please note:
- We kindly ask that Guests only use the driveway for unloading luggage initially. Once luggage is unloaded, simply park across the street in front of the playground. Upper Suite has 2 vehicles and must have access to the Garage via the driveway at all times. Suite is a basement suite however was curated and designed to be quite sound proof from the family living above with ample in floor insulation, and full system separation (your own heating systems) .
You may encounter the upper suite guests in passing (only outside) as they share the garbage and recycling stations. Upper unit residents are very courteous of the basement suite occupants as to noise.
- The use of glitter for celebrations or craft projects or other uses is prohibited. Confetti is allowed only if it is fully cleaned up by guests. A cleaning fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any glitter or confetti left behind.
Interaction with Guests:
Our team is available to assist the Guests through the communication platform as required from 7am - 10pm, and available for Emergency items via our support line thereafter.
Please let us know your estimated time of arrival or if you expect to arrive after 10pm, so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.
