Entire home sleeps 10 adults and perfect for events, with a massive kitchen, two dishwashers, double oven, and dining seating for 16. This spacious house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds. With 2.5 bathrooms equipped with a deep soaking tub, full body panel shower, hair dryer, heated towel warmer, and 3 bidets (one for each toilet), guests will feel right at home. River views, 1G turbo WiFi, printer, and 32 inch monitor make it easy to stay connected at work. Enjoy the awesome seclusion, privacy, and tranquil surroundings of this gorgeous newly restored 1850's farmhouse. Gaze at the stars next to a crackling fire in the chiminea, play corn hole, tennis & pickleball, or belt out your best songs while playing piano. With a PS5 gaming system and games, as well as a closet full of board games and a secret hidden playroom for kids inside the faux fireplace, you'll never hear the words, "I'm bored." We are always available to answer any questions you may have and we love to make our guests feel like they are VIP. Please note we are an allergy-sensitive family and we cannot accommodate service animals of any kind due to our severe allergies. Why they chose this property
Coxsackie is the most beautiful and scenic town: set along the Hudson River and just 2 hours to NYC via train. We love the small community, historic downtown with walkable shopping and restaurants. We restored this farmhouse that was built in 1855 and put love into every room.
What makes this property unique
A historic 1855 farmhouse along the Hudson River, with sweeping water views and gorgeous trees. We are the most private property compared to other listings in Coxsackie; we have a 6 foot privacy fence surrounding the entire property. No ticks, no animals in the backyard to carry ticks and disease. We have an enormous in-ground pool (unheated) and a 6 person hot tub. We have a pickleball and tennis court, a black-topped backyard area for sports and recreation, a fire pit with a chimnea, and outdoor dining table. A screened porch on the back with hammock swings and a glass sunroom on the front of the house to view the river while you're reading and drinking a coffee.
