Lexington features Heritage Square, Snow's renowned BBQ (Saturday mornings only), antiques nearby, and a weekly livestock auction. It is located only 57 miles ENE of country music mecca, Austin, Texas.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place used towels on the bathroom floors. Leave used bedlinens on beds and UNMADE.
Please place used trash bags into the black garbage can BEHIND THE HOUSE next to the back porch prior to leaving the property.
Please load dishwasher with dirty dishes, and turn off lights. Lock both doors & return house key to the lockbox on the front door at the end of your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours start at 10PM and end at 7AM. No additional outside guests are welcome at the cottage.
Please do not adjust the thermostat to below 70 or above 75, without permission.
The speed limit on Nursery Drive is 15 MPH. Please DO NOT use the private cul de sac at the end of the street at all, not even to turn around.

The house was perfect for our family for the weekend. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the host was very responsive. They even had a few items like a pack and play, which is super helpful when traveling with a baby! We will definitely be booking again if we’re staying in the area!

Wonderful modern cottage with thoughtful amenities. Owner is kind and responsive. Very peaceful neighborhood with nice outdoor space. Will definitely stay here again when we’re back visiting family in the area.

Peaceful, rural community, extremely clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was the very limited cookware and cutlery: 1.4 liter sauce pan, 8" skillet, 10" skillet, One 2" knife We purchased knives, and a large pots. Would've liked mixing bowls, measuring cup, baking pans, etc
