Your home away from home, new construction in Spring Hill with 3 bedrooms awaits you. This fabulous new modern townhome features 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a family or group of friends. It has a private fenced in backyard and nearby playground for the kids. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, WiFi, and a cozy living room area. There is an additional rollaway bed for additional guests. This property features 2.5 bathrooms offering a bathtub and shower, you'll feel right at home during your stay. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our townhome. This is a new construction community and will have construction some activity.

This property is new and pristine. There is ample room for at least six although we were a party of four. All appliances were working properly, and we had no issues with any aspect of our stay. The beds are particularly comfortable, not just some run of the mill mattress but a quality product. Everything was clean including the linens. It was much like a name brand hotel in a town house. Definitely more room and convenience for the money than you would get at any hotel chain. It is a short distance to downtown Spring Hill and there is a grocery store and food options less than a mile away, but not within walking distance. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Our stay was good, new home and very convenient for us. Cleaners/host left wet dishes in dishwasher, unsure if clean or dirty so we rewashed them. Package of frozen food left in freezer, hair found on sheets upon pulling them down for sleep. Host was very amicable and communicated at all levels. Thanks Jammie Will return for sure.
