About this property

This custom home has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms with over 2600 SF of indoor living space. Each bedroom has a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The home has an open and spacious floor plan. 2 bedrooms have direct access to the heated pool/spa. The pool and lanai are covered by a screened enclosure.

The living room and dining room open to the lanai, and the lanai has a Weber gas grill and flat screen TV. The location is only a 5 minute walk to the public access at the beach! The home is fully furnished with beach gear with a beach cart.

The home has central air, linens, washer and dryer, iron & ironing board, and high-speed internet for video streaming.

The location is only minutes away from some great places to dine including Sunset Grill (amazing sunsets!), Marco Prime, Oyster Society, Nacho Mama, Salty Dog, Da Vinci Ristorante Italiano, La Tavola Restaurant & Bar, CJ's on the Bay, Mango's, Fin Bistro, Snook Inn and many more. Great Stay!

Property was as shown (with the exception of the bunk bedroom where the King bed was under a bunk). House was clean and was the most well equipped home we have rented. The outdoor space with pool, hot tub and fire pit were great! Bikes, beach chairs, one umbrella and sand toys available for the short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach towels and house towels.

Wonderful Location

A truly beautiful home designed with families in mind. Terrific location, easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time together and this house made it easy for everyone to relax and be comfortable. This is a 10 Star place! Thank you

Great location, New Home, lots of space!

Great location...no need to park your car at the parking lot because you cannot get much closer to the beach than Swan Drive! Easy walk, home has plenty of beach chairs, bikes, beach wagon and towels! Bedrooms are nice and spacious! Of course you are also close to restaurants that you can walk to! Owner is very easy to work with and there is a nice detailed binder with home information!
