The space was priced right as we just slept & showered there. Location walking distance to everything--highly recommend Ziree Thai & Sushi. Do not walk at night. No living room, huge bathroom, tight queen, bring your own coffee.

Easy to check in and out, great comfortable little space. Snafu with the water being shut off but it was a city mistake and cleared up within a few hours. Walkable to downtown and Walgreens and pizza etc. Couple ants here and there but not more than the usual in a place like FL. Loved the little alleyway with chairs. I would definitely book here again.

Host was very accommodating. It is NOT a one bedroom house. It is a one bedroom small apartment with little amenities other than free parking and security precautions. Neighborhood is nice off of Atlantic Avenue with loads of entertainment and food establishments.Price is reflective of limited size of apartment.

The listing does not describe the property as a single-family home. It is a private apartment, and guests have exclusive access to the space, including the kitchen and restroom. The photos and description accurately represent the accommodations provided. During your stay, the gate was damaged and left open. I coordinated a solution by phone and later sent a handyman at my own expense to repair it. When you departed, the gate was not secured with the lock. The rate for the stay was below market value, and every effort was made to address the situation promptly. For these reasons, the negative review was unexpected.
