We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. There was plenty of room for our family. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. We come to the area 4 or 5 times a year to visit family and we are hoping this home will be available. We are looking forward to staying again.

Close to everything!

The house had everything we could have needed. Loved the coffee bar!! Close to lots of restaurants and swimming with manatees. We would definitely stay here again.

Very pretty. We loved our stay here, the place was very clean and well kept. The backyard was amazing to just sit and listen to music. Very quiet neighborhood, the stay was overall amazing

This guest had employees that damaged our home. I sent him a bill for extra charges, that he did not pay. They checked out 2 hours late, Threw trash on the floor into the corners of the rooms, pour liquor on my new coffee table,and left liquor bottles everywhere and left the house a total wreck. I have picture of before they rented and after. I have never had a guest leave my house that bad.

This unit was very clean and the inside was well maintained. We did not use the outdoor areas as we were in town to visit family. The property is right off a main road giving easy access to town. It was not an issue for us, but the 3rd bedroom is a converted lanai in the front of the home. It was attached to the home but the front door remained closed and it had its own window unit for air. If traveling with children I would not feel comfortable leaving a young child out there. My 19 year was fine sleeping in that area but i kept my 9 year old inside the house. Its the room with 1 twin bed. The other room in the home had 1 twin and 1 full size bed. Then the master had a queen and right outside the master door was a pull down futon as an additional sleeping space. If you have younger children you want to keep close this is the perfect setup for that.
