As you open the front door, you’ll be walking into a private paradise with a pool (heated is optional during colder months) and easy access to Crystal River and the Gulf from your own private pier.
INDOOR AMENITIES:
Kitchen: Gourmet Kitchen with all your cooking needs: Stainless steel appliances, coffee maker (drip), microwave, updated refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, dishware, silverware, bakeware, pots, pans, blender, cooking utensils, and toaster. Total seating between kitchen and dining table is 14.

Home Theatre: Custom Stadium Seating for 10, Amazing Sound System, and commercial style popcorn machine for the real "movie-style" experience.

Game Room: Ping Pong table, mini bar, and card table with board games and cards.

Comforts: Three separate temp controls for comfort on different floors of home, on-demand hot water, Surround Sound throughout main level of home and outside patio (volume control in each room). A private office area. WiFi included. Washer/Dryer available and linens/towels provided. Smart TV’s provided in Living Room, Family/Common Room, and all bedrooms = 7 total

Home Layout: Main Floor: Master with spacious jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower with 3 shower heads, kitchen, guest/pool full bath, home office, game room, living room, laundry room, dining room, common area. Upstairs: Upstairs is 3 bedrooms, a family room with a pull-out queen couch, a full bath, and theatre room.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
Backyard: Resort Style Pool with large very private backyard. Heated pool is optional during colder months. Limited pool towels provided as well as floats for the pool. Pickleball Court, Outside Sound System, large gas grill (propane included), 65” outdoor Smart TV, corn hole, and fenced in back yard. Outside has 20 seating options.

Privately owned Dock/Pier (in front of house) on Canal: Great fishing - Bring your fishing poles and/or boat (27 ft or less). 4 Kayaks provided with life jackets.

Parking: No more than 4 vehicles. No street parking is allowed. No parking in the lawn.

Fun fact: The home is conveniently located less than 2 miles from golfing, boat launches, boat rentals, a beach, fishing, Marina, and hiking trails. When ready to explore, Crystal River has so much to offer which includes swimming with the manatees, fishing, scalloping, air boat tours, state parks, boat rentals, excellent restaurants and much more!

Scalloping

The house was great for our family and our family friends for our annual scalloping trip! Our guide was able to pick us up from the dock and between the movie theater, pool, and pickleball courts, there was things for the kids to do. Catherine was very nice and helpful!

Our crew of scallop hunters thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! dock is on a quiet canal, and it’s a short beautiful ride through Salt River to get to the main channel- 5 stars all around!

Best scalloping trip ever!

This beautiful house was perfect for our group! From the pool to the theater room to the gourmet kitchen, everything was perfect. Cathrine was the best and was so helpful and accommodating It made our trip perfect!

Fabulous property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The house was perfect for hosting, cooking, entertaining. The pool is amazing and the views are beautiful. 5 min ride to Plantation and 10 mins to Pete’s Pier. Highly recommend.

Catherine has thought of just about everything in this home-games, movie theater, surround sound, kayaks. The pool and patio were fantastic, and there was a ton of space for our two families to spread out. We come to CR every year, and we’ll definitely be back!

A Crystal River gem!

Cathrine’s property is stunning! It is has every amenity you could ever want or need. It is very private and secluded while still being close to many attractions and stores. We had so much fun hanging out by the pool, playing ping pong and basketball, watching movies in the movie theater, grilling and taking our boat out. It truly feels like your own private resort! Check in and check out was seamless and communication with the host was effortless. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful Home!

This home was beautiful online but even better when we arrived! It sat on a gorgeous piece of property with beautiful views! The house was large and comfortable and the movie room was jaw dropping! We also enjoyed the large swimming pool and had plenty of room for entertaining on the deck and patio. Then only negative was us having to leave too soon! We will be back for sure!

PERFECT FAMILY VACATION

The home has something for everyone to enjoy. BBQ, fishing and boating from dock, swimming in the pool, watch movies in the home theatre, play games and more. Perfect location for a family scalloping trip. Welcome to Florida and "Don't forget your bug spray". The owner/property manager was kind and very responsive.

Great family vacation!

We had a fantastic family getaway with three generations of family. The house had everything we could have wanted,. The kids especially enjoyed the basketball court, pool and theater room. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We also fished and used the kayaks. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this property and Catherine, the host, was so helpful and friendly.

A great place with a ton of amenities

Stayed at this home with several friends for an (old) guys' weekend, and we had a great time. The home theater is a really cool feature, and we got a ton of use out it as well as the pickleball court and ping pong table - and the pool, of course. Communication with Cathryn was easy and prompt, and she really went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed for our stay.It's a huge house with a big kitchen, and really has everything you could possibly need. Really, really great all around.Two very small downsides are that there are only three bedrooms and three baths, which is great, but given the massive size of the house, it would be have been awesome to have one more of each of those for a larger party. Also, the house sits just across the street from water access, so the kayaking options are not as great as other homes I've stayed at in the area.Still, all in all, it's a great place which was kept immaculately. I would highly recommend.

Perfect get away

We had a lovely time in this beautiful home equipped with everything from clean linens, lots of table space, gorgeous pool and even a movie theater room. The property manager was always available to answer any questions and check in and out was a breeze. Short boat ride to scalloping grounds, close ice machine to fill coolers and a short drive to beach to watch a spectacular sunset. We had all ages 3 year old, teens and adults. All had a great time.

Spectacular family property!

Stayed here with my sister and our families and entertained 3 sets of local grandparents each day. Gorgeous property, private resort-like pool, and very spacious living space made for such a comfortable vacation! All the right touches- comfy linens and towels, tons of high quality seating on multi-level patio, and the movie theater room was so perfect especially for our teens and college age kids. Mother Nature also pitched in and rewarded us with a huge double rainbow over the pool area after a rain shower! Cathrine was such a responsive and proactive host when we identified a brief wi-fi issue. We didn’t want to leave this oasis and we will definitely come back!

Our experience at the house was truly unforgettable! There was something for the entire family to enjoy, making it the perfect getaway for all ages.Whether we wanted to play pickleball, take a dip in the pool, relax in the hot tub, watch a movie in the theater room, challenge each other to ping pong, play board games, or go kayaking, there was always something fun to do. Even on the several rainy days during our stay, the home provided plenty of entertainment and cozy spaces to relax together.The location is also fantastic—convenient to anything you might need, from groceries to local attractions.You will not find a better host than Catherine! We had two families with cousins (10 people) come together for a couple of days of scalloping, and this property was excellent. Only 7 minutes from the marina where we rented our boat, we were able to maximize our time on the water and at the house. The home comes with everything you could think of. After a day out on the water, the kids especially loved cooling off in the pool, playing pickleball, and watching a movie in the theater before bed. The evening views were gorgeous, and the sun rises right over the back porch. Spacious with plenty of sleeping areas and showers. This is a no-brainer if you're looking for a getaway or a family vacation/staycation. The host was gracious, extremely helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this property, and we plan to stay here again if/when we return for more scallops!
