Apartamento totalmente amoblado. excelente ubicacion. En sus alrededores encontraras grandes cadenas de almacenes como exito san mateo, makro y el centro comercial bolivar sin necesidad de utilizar transporte. A unos pasos del malecon de cucuta.

Por su excelente ubicacion el husped puede disfrutar de discotecas, centro comercial y Malecon de Cucuta, sin necesidad de pagar transporte publico porque lo encuentra a su alrededor. Si viaja con niños el condominio cuenta con zona infantil tal y como se observa en las imagenes.

Excelente comunicación con el propietario, el apto se encuentra en muy buen estado, internet,

Excelente comunicación con el propietario, el apto se encuentra en muy buen estado, internet, lavadora, aire acondicionado todo funciona en perfectas condiciones. Restaurantes, Discos, bares a solo 5 minutos a pies y a pesar de ello la zona es muy tranquila. Supermercados grandes a solo 5 y 10 minutos a pies. La zona donde está ubicado el apto es una de las mejores zonas de la ciudad, el conjunto residencial cuenta con vigilancias las 24h del día y Solo a 10 minutos en taxis se encuentra el centro comercial de la ciudad ( Ventura plaza ). El conjunto residencial cuenta con servicios como piscina y gym pero lamentablemente no para huéspedes sino para residentes de igual manera el propietario se encargar de que sus huéspedes disfruten de días de piscina en un hotel muy conocido de la ciudad. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet und befindet sich in eine sehr gute Zustand. Die Lage ist ideal für Leute die auch Nacht gehen wollen Restaurant, Disco, Bars usw. nur 5 min zu Fuß und trotzdem ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig das gleiche geht es auch für Supermärkte die nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt sind. Die Wohnsiedlung wird die 24h überwacht. Mit der Taxi ist man in 10 min in die Einkaufszentren von der Stadt Ventura plaza. Pool und Fitnessstudio gibt es auch aber leider nicht für Gäste sondern nur für Mitbewohner trotzdem kümmert sich der Vermieter um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste und besorgt Karte für Pool Tage in einer bekannte Hotel der Stadt.
