You’re just 10 min from Circle Mall, 20 min from Dubai Marina, 25 min from The Dubai Mall, and 28 min from the airport.

Heads-up: the view faces a construction site. It’s beyond our control, and while the stay remains comfy, there might be some disturbance.

If guests prefer to enjoy alcoholic beverages during their stay, we encourage them to bring their own wine glasses or any other related items for their personal use.

While it offers some parks and is family-friendly, we recommend renting a car or using taxis for convenient access to Dubai Marina, Mall of the Emirates, and beyond.

In accordance with local laws, we will need a copy of the passport for all guests checking in (shared in the chat), which will be uploaded onto the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal. If we do not receive the documents before check-in, the building reception may refuse access, and this will delay your check-in — for which we cannot be held responsible.

This apartment is registered in DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing).

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, building rules and the furniture. Please no parties, NO SMOKING.
🚭 No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a 1500 AED fine, as we will need to deep-clean the curtains, bed, sofa, and rug.

🚫 No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. I reserve the right to cancel the booking and alert building security immediately in case of disturbance.

🐾 NO pets are allowed.

🔑 Lost access cards, parking remotes, or building keys will be charged 500 AED each.
