This beautifully renovated home sits on a quiet street just steps from the action. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, hotel quality linens, fully stocked kitchen, front and back outdoor spaces including fire pits. Toss bags in the back or sit in the handmade Adirondack chairs out front. Enjoy the cozy living room for drinks or the game room for foosball.



2-minute walk to the Monon trail and <1/2 mile to all of Broad Ripple!



The Space:

The Crestview Bungalow truly has it all... great location, spacious family and living rooms, foosball, firepits, private backyard, covered patio, gas grill, modern amenities, tasteful decor, plush bedding, workspace & high speed WiFi, washer/dryer, and much more.



This is an incredibly walkable area so you'll be able to park and walk everywhere you like. Easy access to Butler (8 minutes), downtown (16 minutes), Carmel (16 minutes), Indianapolis Motor Speedway (20 minutes) and just under 30 minutes from the airport.



Broad Ripple Village is close by and home to some amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, nature trails, a new family center, and a wonderful park.



Other Things to Note:

*Note, two foldout couches convert to full queen beds for added flexibility.

*Driveway parking included and street parking is also easily available.

*This house is intended to be a "home away from home" and is located on a quiet residential street, so we please ask that you be respectful of the neighbors (they are great - so treat like you would at home) particularly the quiet hours (10pm Sun-Thur, midnight Fri/Sat) - and especially when coming home from an evening at Broad Ripple!
