The open kitchen has wood cabinetry with granite countertops, pantry, and full kitchen stainless steal appliance package leads to the eat in area and large living room overlooking the large screened pool. There is also a full bath, master bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms and laundry room (washer and dryer included) on the first floor. The second floor includes a bedroom overlooking the canal.

House is located in Moody River Estates which provides access to a clubhouse, community boat ramp, Resort Style pool, top of the line fitness center, tennis, basketball,& kids play area. Rental includes gated community security, recreational facilities, lawn care, pool care, basic cable and high speed internet.

Renter responsible for home owners association background check fee.
