Ann Creek: Charming 2 BR fully renovated house at Greenwood Lake. Dog friendly.

Looking to jump into the local activities of boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, downhill skiing, wineries, microbreweries, great dining and more (all within 1 hr from NYC)? Then welcome to Ann’s Creek Adventure Cabin, where the “bars” you'll find are at the local microbreweries, and the only "cloud" is the one drifting lazily over the lake. If you are interested in wake surfing or wakeboarding, we can offer a lesson on our Centurion Ri245 for an extra charge, or rent our pontoon boat if you are an experienced boater!

Here’s what you can look forward to… It’s a perfect get-away for 1 - 2 couples that is also dog friendly (for an extra daily charge in the booking section). Enjoy the open spacious feel of this completely renovated cabin chic home with vaulted ceilings, a new kitchen and bathroom. This house offers 2 bedrooms (each with a queen size bed), 1 bathroom, living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, island seating, a kitchen nook overlooking the babbling stream, and a new deck with couches and a dining table. Relax and unwind as you sit in the backyard with the sound of the waterfall from the creek directly behind the house. You can also enjoy a campfire on the lower patio or wade into the fresh mountain runoff of the babbling brook. Even discover a small sunken pool, perfect for a refreshing splash or soak (stairs to creek are currently under construction). House is expected to be left in reasonably clean condition. For longer term stays professional cleaning may be required if necessary.

- Wake surfing lessons: We are avid wake surfers, let us know if you would like lessons for an extra fee on our Centurion Ri245. Or if you are familiar with boating, we can also rent our pontoon boat.

My wife and I had the honors to be the first to occupy this charming house. Doug and Diane have gone out of their way in many small details and accomadations that we have not normally seen in other VRBO stays.We even found a theater in the area where we can take our dog! Warrington drive-in! And a creamery up on a mountaintop, Bellvale, with delicious cherry vanilla ice-cream.

Everything you could possibly want or need for our stay was provided . Snacks, sparkling water, doggy treats were a very nice touch . Very clean and beautifully updated . The deck was lovely to sit on and drink your coffee . There will be some rush hour road noise but when it’s quiet you can hear the babbling brook and birds . Very easy walk to the lake and marina . Beds were comfortable Thank you for a pleasant stay .

Doug and Diane have done a fantastic job renovating this charming cottage. My wife, eight-year-old daughter and I had the pleasure of staying for three nights and although it rained for the first two days, we enjoyed the combination of relaxing at the house and also visiting several of the local attractions and restaurants, which were all excellent. The house feels much more spacious than the square footage and the neighbors on their private road were very friendly - even when our dogs snuck out to explore the creek out back. Greenwood Lake Marina is definitely within walking distance. I brought our boat and did some fishing on the last two days. And Elena, the Marina’s owner, was very helpful. Our daughter loved the water park!Every detail has been thought of and well executed. We will absolutely be coming back.
