Clean with plenty of towels. The kitchen could use more supplies ( mixing bowls, plastic baggies, lighter, marshmallow sticks, etc.). Has a full size gas range, microwave, chairs for kitchen island and dining table. The laundry room has full size W/D and has iron. There are several board games and a full size TV, fire pit in backyard. Very pleasant house in a quiet neighborhood.
