This is our third year staying here, this house is great for our family. We really enjoy biking around Sea Pines and it is very convenient that bikes are included with the house. (The bikes are in good shape and have been changed since last year)We hope to be back again.

Love this Place, would highly recommend!

This house was great, loved the location to all the shops, restaurants and the beach and neighborhood was awesome! The communication from the property owners was amazing. We would defiantly stay here again.

Great Vacation

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. There was plenty of room for the family to hang out in the living room together. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The mattress in the master bedroom was especially comfortable and we slept great every night!

First time visitors to HHI & sea pines - great place to stay

We really enjoyed our time on the island and the house was just as described and worked out great for us. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to bike trails and shops. Short bike ride or drive to the beach. Loved it!

Greenwood Forest

This home was immaculate and had all the necessary equipment for a month long stay. Lovely neighborhood with easy access to Sea Pines Center and the bike trails. We’ve been coming to HH for many years, staying in different locations within Sea Pines and this was one of the best!

House was exactly as it appeared. Rental company communicated promptly. We did attempt to wash a load of towels- that didn’t go so well but company promptly supplied us with fresh towels. We would stay again.

Love the Greenwood Forest neighborhood. Few issues that would have made it better: king bed was not comfortable, mattress is hard as a rock, also the bunk bed room needs better ventilation, was extremely hot and our son couldn't sleep in the room at night. Also, front door handle is bent, making it difficult to close the door coming and going. Overall, great house and location, we had another great week in Hilton Head.

Great location

Many goods things about this property but one overwhelming negative. No screens on any doors or windows so we could not get any fresh air into the house. Great weather during our stay but couldn’t open windows or doors for concerns about animals and insects entering the house. . Despite all the other positives this fact alone would discourage us from returning to this place.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at this property last summer and just stay there this past week. The property was not cleaned well and most door locks are broken which means anyone can enter the home. We didn’t feel secure. Trash bin cabinet broken, light bulbs out, light falling apart on the porch and a ton of spiders inside of the home which resulted our 5 year old getting bit and spending a day in urgent care. Unfortunately we will be finding a different property for our future visits to HHI.

House and location great! Property is poorly attended to by management co. Pots and pans had to be replaced while there. Fire table was broken and unable to be repaired for our weeks stay. Outdoor porch cushions dirty, master bath shower he mold and bath floor and rug dirty. Yard had water problem. Owners need to address with mgmt company.

The whole rental was spotlessly clean. All essentials were included in a starter pack (trash bags, dishwashing soap, toilet paper etc). 4 Bikes were included in the rental. Really cute coastal decor. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent water pressure! Only negatives: washing machine broken during stay, quality of rental bikes very poor compared to others, no coffee filters provided with drip coffee machine.

The check in process to locate the voucher for the car pass was annoying as it was hard to find and we had trouble getting Island Rentals on the phone. Also the oven didn't work in the unit, we messaged through the VRBO app about this but never heard anything further.

great stay with island rental

The staff was always nice and ready to help with any issues. On 2 beds the sheets were not changed so check them when you arrive. Otherwise, the place was clean. I did not like the fact they only provided 1 parking pass when we had 2 families with 2 cars staying there. Even if they charged more, they should have provided 2 passes. It was a hassle purchasing the 2nd one as you had to go to the rental to get it. The rental office was hard to find. But overall it's a nice property and close to harbor town. We liked the it's a short bike ride to the beach. I would recommend it. 4 stars.

Family Vacay

Beautiful living spaces. Amply room to spread out for family movie night and game night. Kitchen has nice appliances. Comfortable beds. Plenty a space for our family of five to sleep. Lovely screened in porch. Nice grill and fire pit. Nice to have bikes. Management was very responsive with every question and concern. Suggestions: bathrooms could a use a spruce. The master shower is huge but there is no ledge or step to shave your legs on. The water pressure is great but the shower head makes it feel like you are being power washed. A simple swap. Kitchens pans could be replaced and a few things could be added. We cooked a lot at the house and would have loved having a salad spinner. No if those things would keep us from a return visit to the house.

Time in Sea Pines

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos of 5 Hollyberry Lane show what an attractive property it is. The kitchen was properly equipped with good quality cookware, dishes, and refrigerator containers. However, basics like salt and pepper, foil, and coffee filters were not provided. One dining room chair has a weak leg and the blind in the second bedroom was broken. The dining room chairs are very heavy so they need slides for ease of moving them and to reduce the noise they make. The bathrooms were not clean and all the rooms needed a deep cleaning in the corners and under the furniture. The television in the third bedroom was not hooked to the cable. The grill was so full of grease that it took a great effort to make it clean enough to use. We felt the people responsible for preparing the home for renters were not doing a thorough job. The office was called and messages left twice but no one responded so we could not share our concerns nor ask our questions. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. We all enjoyed riding our bikes and taking walks in Sea Pines.

The owners of this property work extensively with us to keep it in top condition. Due to your review we have changed the cleaning company that handles this unit, and scheduled an annual deep clean to be performed this spring. We aim to keep our properties in the finest condition and regret that we did not have the chance to remedy the situation.

Cozy quiet location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Greenwood Forest is overall a great location to everything: Harbourtown, the beach, and Sea Pines Center. The house’s accommodations were great- loved the open living/ kitchen area, and it truly was a great place to watch sporting events! Huge TV and a big comfy couch. The kitchen had good assortment of utensils and great quality pots and pans. Outdoor firepit was a plus as well. The mattress in master bedroom was fantastic- so comfortable. The only negatives were that it’s in the “ forest”, it’s very dark and somewhat depressing/ lawn care not great. Also outdoor porch area smelled musty and had to keep the door shut to not smell it.
