Cabin was clean and beautiful! Very peaceful stay with my family. Definitely need a 4WD or AWD, but we knew in advance and were prepared. Use directions from host - NOT GPS! Close to many hiking options. Would recommend to other travelers and we would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this house. Our favorites were the view, morning coffee by the fire pit, the pool table, the spacious hot tub, and our daily competitive game of Ring Toss on the deck. It was nice to have the 3 floors so the kids could spread out if needed. We also enjoyed family movies on the comfortable couch. The house was very clean and was not obvious that it was pet friendly. We definitely made some lasting memories here!

The cabin was beautiful & the scenery stunning. The one way very steep pebble gravel road with sharp turns was treacherous. No way for anyone to pull over if you met another vehicle for a half mile. One would have to back up or down. Spoiled the vacation as one had to deal with it daily. We were barely made aware of this only two days before arriving when the door code was emailed. And not to the extent of the truth. After answering the survey we see a more accurate explanation about the road is mentioned at the bottom of the listing.

It was our first visit to this part of North Carolina and we absolutely loved it! Boone is such a great little town. The cabin itself is a great location, just minutes down the mountain to civilization! We loved the cabin so much. It was more space than we needed and it's a great layout for families / friends. Each floor had its own bathroom which was really nice although we did not need to use more than the main floor. Our puppies really enjoyed running up and down the sloped path in the front of the house. We had an amazing time and can't wait to go back next year! Highly recommend.
