The perfect location. Not far from flint ridge and Nether's Farm which was the sole purpose for our stay. Also not far from the charming town of Coshockton. The apartment is just as described. Very charming. My favorite about it is the vintage doors. I would stay here again

Smelled, dog hair and stains on furniture everywhere, but laminate floor had been cleaned and kitchen was cleaned.

Guest tried to get a refund by claiming Apartment wasn’t clean. He tried to bully the situation by demanding his money back while staying at the unit. I personally clean the unit with my daughters as our reviews would show the unit is clean as we take great pride in this as a host and providing a good experience for our guests. Unfortunately in this business you come across these types of guests at times with agendas.
