On the 2nd level is the main living area, which boasts 20-foot ceilings with a huge view window, dining for 8, and a private balcony. The 3rd level of this chic home opens to a lofted master suite with two Queen beds and full bath.

Designed by award winning architect, Kevin DeFreitas. Additional home features include large industrial style windows, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, stone counter tops, European style cabinetry and an oversized 1 car garage. 4 blocks to the Gas Lamp District's entertainment and renowned restaurants. Walking distance to Little Italy the San Diego Convention Center, Seaport Village, Petco Park and dozens local restaurants. It's a short Uber to Balboa Park where you'll discover The San Diego Zoo and 6 of San Diego's best museums.

The townhome is centrally located in the heart of downtown San Diego's East Village. downtown San Diego, with great city light vews from the living room, master, and balcony. Walking distance to everything that downtown San Diego offers. You are only a 4-7 minutes drive or Uber ride to the beaches SeaWorld, and the San Diego Zoo; 15 minutes to Coronado and to the La Jolla cliffs. It is also about 5 minutes away from the airport.
Little Italy is also about 10-minute walk away, where there is plenty of public transportation to choose from, depending on your destination.
You have one Parking space in the garage and street parking available

I expect my guests to have fun and enjoy the home but there are policies that will be enforced. If these are violated you may be asked to leave the home, forfeit the rental amount and damage deposit, be liable for any damages and lost rental income resulting from damages.

1. Noise: East Village (neighborhood of the home) has laws governing noise. If noise is excessive you will be subject to a fine and termination of lease. The home is located near other private home residences and noise levels must be reasonable and courteous to the neighbors at all times. There is no loud playing of music etc. after 10 pm or before 9 am. All neighbors have landlord contact information to notify of any noise issues. The outside, garage and courtyard are all quiet zones past 10 pm. PLEASE DO NOT forget to close the sliding glass door as noise travels easily through the complex. If you disturb the neighbors or the police are called on a noise complaint your damage deposit may be forfeited

2. Balcony: The balcony is off limits past 10 pm. PLEASE DO NOT forget to close the sliding glass door as noise travels easily through the complex.

3. Decorations: If decorations are used in the home please make sure to use wall safe tape. If damage occurs to the frosted glass, furniture, or walls you will be charged a fee. If decorations result in excessive cleaning (ie glitter or confetti) an additional fee may be charged.

4. Additional guests: We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests or visitors unless previously authorized by the host. Unauthorized additional guests will result in a fee.

5. Pets: Must be authorized in advance with an additional fee. As we do allow pets we cannot guarantee the property is completely free of pet allergens.
Guests with pets and Service Animal are required to follow these basic rules. They must not be:

Outside the guest's control.
Unhousebroken.
Left alone at the listing without prior approval.
Allowed into areas that the host has indicated are off-limits to the guest.
Allowed in shared spaces without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered (including the shared courtyard and front porch).

6. Damage: Guests are required to report all damage that occurred during their stay prior to check-out. We understand accidents happen, but guests will be financially responsible for any damage that occurred during their stay that is not covered by the damage waiver. Guests are also responsible for any property items that are lost or stolen.

7. Smoking: Our property is 100% smoke free. This includes the communal alley area. Evidence of smoking will result in a fine for smoke remediation.

8. Illegal activity: No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises. Use will result in immediate eviction from the property and potential involvement of law enforcement.

9. Filming & Photo Shoots: If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video, or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact the host to discuss details, approvals, and pricing.

10. Host liability: the guest agrees to hold the host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guest in relation to the property. Host is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
