This beautiful 2 bedroom villa is located on the second floor with the second bedroom in a loft area, tucked away in Palmetto Dunes. The owners have updated the furniture in the living and dining areas in 2019. In 2010 the kitchen and baths were completely redone. The Owner has taken care to provide a comfortable stay for your next vacation or casual visit to the Island.

Offers 1 queen, 2 twins, a sleeper sofa and 2 full baths.
This villa also has 3 televisions including a 36" in the living room and new televisions in each of the bedrooms and a DVD player in the living room. Full size washer and dryer, and ceiling fans. The large dining room table sits six. There is high speed wireless internet. Guard gate entrance for privacy, parking pass required and provided, access to on-site pool (only steps away) and picnic area, access to Palmetto Dunes Beach Park (4 blocks away / 5 min drive) bike trails, tennis courts, pickleball courts and golf!
Palmetto Dunes offers free transportation from St. Andrews Common to the Dunes House beach and Shelter Cove from April 1 through September 30 on the Dunes Buggy. They also now offer more than 10 pickleball courts.

Fun in the sun

Check in was easy. Pleasant surprise with sweet welcome treat. Condo conveniently located to everything! Loved the bike trails, pickleball play and golf. Road our bikes to everything. Condo was stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your stay.

Had a great time in our place at St Andrews Common. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The walk in shower was spacious. The kids enjoyed the pool and watching the alligators swimming in the lagoon located near the pool.

Fabulous week in Hilton Head

My family and friends had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. The Huntington property was a fantastic location, with three bedrooms (all ensuite) bathroooms. The villa was equipped with all the necessary items to enjoy the 2 weeks we were there. There were a few concerns, one was that the dishwasher did not work, and although the Vacation Company addressed the issue, it wasn't fixed until the final day of our stay. Washing dishes was not something we wanted to do on our vacation. Secondly, the electric grill, while operable, was disgustingly dirty. The drip pan was caked with gunk, the grill was nasty. I spent close to an hour cleaning this. What was troubling is that I had emailed prior to our time there asking if it would be clean & operable. Needless to say this was not acceptable. Neither of these concerns deterred our enjoyment in this villa, and we would certainly rebook this in the future. And the VC was always very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Loved the location, just inside Palmeto Dunes. Short abd beautiful 8 -10 min bike ride from the beach and the Dunes House. The condo was nicely furnished and updated. It had all the comforts of home and a well equipped kitchen. Would stay here again without question.

This property fit our needs beautifully. The condo was very nice and up to date. Very accommodating...most condos are available Sat to Sat but this one allowed to split weeks and stay from Wed to Tues. And the owners left us some of their honey which was delicious. If/when we go back we definitely hope that this property will be available.
