I have engaged a local cleaning company to ensure your villa is clean and in working order when you arrive.. I also have an inspector come in AFTER it is cleaned to make sure it is clean to my standards and to go over anything that is missed.

A welcome packet is provided approx. 30 days prior to your arrival date. It includes directions to the villa, my contact information should you need anything during your stay; a Palmetto Dunes Resort map and a list of Hilton Head restaurants/shopping.

Villamare is an oceanfront complex located in the top rated, oceanfront resort of Palmetto Dunes.
The Villamare grounds are landscaped with lush, tropical plantings, curved walkways and water features.
This villa has beautiful views of the ocean and beach. It is steps to the beach, olympic sized outdoor pool, toddler pool, hot tub, sundecks and grilling area. The complex also has an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and fitness center.

Perfect vacation!

The condo was perfect! The ocean is steps away, the views were spectacular, the complex was very nice and the location was perfect. The condo was very comfortable and clean and looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Great place, great owner!

This unit is one of the nicest we've stayed in over all of our years staying in Palmetto Dunes. The owner thought of everything, and having a double oven over Thanksgiving was an amazing thing! Carolyn is a wonderful owner who's so responsive and answered all of our questions immediately. The unit is beautiful and was immaculate on our arrival. She is constantly updating it and it's just lovely. The view and location are perfect for our needs. We'll definitely be back to this unit due to our great experience!

This place is awesome

1st, this is an exclusive gated community so security is never a concern. Also, it is in a centralized location with easy access to grocery, restaurants, etc.. making this property the most ideal place on the island. The owners are very service oriented and were extremely helpful in every step of booking and checkin process. The property is just beautiful. I cannot recommend this property enough. Highly recommended.
