• ID Requirement: Valid photo identification (Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License) matching the booking name is required at check-in.
• Luggage Storage: Complimentary storage is available at the main office at 168 Granby Place for early arrivals or late departures. Extended storage beyond 12 hours after check-out may incur a €10 fee.
Booking Extensions
Guests may request to extend their stay, subject to availability. Written confirmation is required, and rates may vary from the original booking.

• Cleanliness: Please maintain the apartment in good condition. Damages or cleanliness issues must be reported promptly. Additional cleaning fees or damage charges may apply if necessary.
• Non-Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A €200 penalty will be charged for violations.
• No Parties: Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed. A €200 fee will apply for violations, and law enforcement may be contacted.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted unless previously approved in writing. If approved, a €500 deposit and €200 cleaning fee will apply.
• Lost Keys: A €200 fee will be charged for key replacements.

• Energy Use: Utilities are included in your rate, but guests are encouraged to conserve energy and use appliances responsibly.
Cancellation and Modifications
The accommodation provider reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to suspected fraud, booking errors, or exceptional circumstances.
