Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash, dry and put away all the used kitchenware. Place used linens in a pile on the floor and used towels in a pile on the tub floor in the bathroom. Remove trash and place in an outside dumpster.
Turn off all lights and adjust the thermostats to 55 degrees. If the fireplace was used please clean it out with provided utensils and bucket. Place bucket with the ashes outside the front door.
Return parking passes (2) to the condo ($25 fee for lost pass). Lock the door and replace the key in the lockbox. Please scramble the code prior to leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
